- Answer To me photos are about the same thickness as a business card and it scans perfectly. I don't have anything thicker than normal cardstock or I would try it. Sorry!

QuestionWhy is it my "scan" button won't work? It will not scan the document and it is blinking slowly. It does go from muted blue to a bright blue so it is detecting the paper. I have only used the machine 3 times since I purchased it the end of November.

- Answer Hi Janet. Make sure Epson Scan 2 and other applications, such as Document Capture Pro (Windows) or Document Capture (Mac), are installed correctly. If necessary, uninstall and reinstall it. - Answer I bought this scanner and it is NOT Wi-Fi enabled contrary to what the Best Buy website says! Plus it will not scan documents after following all included installation and set up instructions. I DO NOT recommend this scanner.

QuestionCan I download files from my office and use them to install the ES200 at a jobsite that does not have fast internet? Some of the stores I am installing this scanner to are in rural areas and the time to download is prohibitive.

QuestionWill this scan documents 11"x17" (tabloid) and longer? Will be using for making copies of wiring diagrams.

- Answer No. The largest page width is just over 8.5 inches. Tabloid-size pages are not compatible.
