QuestionM1 MacBook Pro on MacOS 12.3 doesn't connect to Epson es-60w (it connects fine to an intel Mac running MacOS 12.3), any ideas? I have downloaded the latest software from Epson (see screenshots). It is connected via USB and the battery icon comes on.

Question1. How do I change / update the wifi info on this so I can use it in different locations? 2. When plugged into my MacBook Pro how do I make it function? The MacBook Pro not recognizing the unit. I opened print / scan preferences - nothing.

- Answer Hello Wifi. We recommend installing the scanner driver software from our official Epson Support page. This will allow you to select the Wi-Fi network and set up your device correctly. You want to ensure that the network and computer you are using are on the same network. You can also download the Epson Smart Panel app to your mobile device to set up the Wi-Fi feature. QuestionHello. I am considering for use with my Chromebook. One person was told that it does not work with Chromebook. Another person was told that it does work with Android apps which is what the Chromebook platform uses. Can this be clarified? Thanks very much

QuestionWill this scan a legal size document?

- Answer Although I have not yet tried it on legal size documents, as long as the document is 8.5" wide, no wider, it should scan just fine. As I'm not currently using it, I can't recall if it has to be manually adjusted for document length. I've mostly used it for 8.5 x 11" and smaller.
