• The Epson ET-16500 is still in pre-launch but should be shipping soon.

• No there are no Epson ET-16500's in stock anywhere in the US. I just phoned EPSON at there unhelpful hotline and the gentleman could not answer my questions at all and also did not seem interested in helping me or answering my questions. This seems to be a great device, however, if the customer service is like this then I would rethink purchasing this from EPSON when the start of a relationship begins with great communication. Especially when purchasing an item from them.
