“In the previous questions -there are two conflicting answers from the epson team regarding max weight. .What is the maximum paper weight and paper thickness for the WF 7820? And when i load 13 x 19 paper in rear tray the epson says incorrect size. Thanks”

Hi samwell, The WorkForce Pro WF-7820's spec for thick paper is 68 lb (256 g/m2). Use the front panel controls to set the paper type and size for the media when you load it into the printer. Once the paper size and type is set for each paper source, the printer driver feeds the correct paper when you send print jobs.
