A:AnswerMight I suggest using a more expensive envelope than the one you are currently using? You would be amazed what a different that will make in any printer. I have yet to have a jam in this one but I only use more expensive envelopes. Love the fact I can do two side on my envelopes though, just a nice touch.
A:AnswerSupposed to print what is called card stock. If the cards are 4 x 6 or 5 x 7, give it a try. I would think it would. But I would contact company, if it did not print on cards.
A:AnswerI think you can get Geek Squad at any time, but I am not sure. Do you already have geek squad? They should already cover your new "purchases" even though they were gifts.
