A:AnswerMight I suggest using a more expensive envelope than the one you are currently using? You would be amazed what a different that will make in any printer. I have yet to have a jam in this one but I only use more expensive envelopes. Love the fact I can do two side on my envelopes though, just a nice touch.
A:AnswerSupposed to print what is called card stock. If the cards are 4 x 6 or 5 x 7, give it a try. I would think it would. But I would contact company, if it did not print on cards.
A:AnswerI think you can get Geek Squad at any time, but I am not sure. Do you already have geek squad? They should already cover your new "purchases" even though they were gifts.
A:Answerit is recommended to use the back feeder, but you can use one of the trays. You really need to make sure your envelopes are nice and flat, otherwise they might be hard to go through. But it is challenging for all printers.
