“Why is there no information on this camera available at the Eufy website? It's odd that only Best Buy carries the camera and its maker has no information on it. The specs incorrectly indicate this camera has pan, tilt, zoom.”

The cameras do pan, zoom and tilt while viewing on screen. The camera itself doesn't move.

Please try again later.The info is on the webpage it just isn't called the Eufy Cam Pro 2K, it is simply eufyCam 2...https://www.eufylife.com/products/variant/eufycam-2/T88411D1 The 2K in the Best Buy naming is a misnomer. People think that means it is greater than 1080p but lesser than 4k, that is not actually true. 2K is really 1080p. 1920 x 1080p the 2K is the rounding up of 1920 horizontal pixels, just like 4K is the 3840 x 2160, 4k is the round up of the horizontal pixels. At the end of the day though its really bad marketing by Eufy. It is common I have found with Chinese companies or really foreign companies that market in multiple countries.
