• No, you do not need to purchase a HomeBase 3. The SoloCam E30 is a standalone Wi‑Fi camera and works independently without any HomeBase. It connects directly to your Wi‑Fi network and stores recordings locally on a microSD card (sold separately). It is not compatible with HomeBase 2 or HomeBase 3.
