It is one very bright spot light or you can choose to dim it. It is wireless. Very easy to set up.

Yes, this eufy camera has an integrated spotlight and it works 100% standalone (no homebase required). The only catch here is wireless internet. Make sure you have good signal to where you would like to mount it and the camera should work perfectly. I did buy this particular camera because it monitors my driveway nd I wanted an additional deterrent when there is motion.
