Yes comes with more than enough! All cables are Black with Velcro cable bundle wraps.
Hard Lined for MB 1 x ATX 20+4-Pin the rest of the cables are modular.

It comes with all the cables. The gq series I've read is pinned out differently than even other evga lines of psu so don't add cables that didn't come with a gq series if you eventually need to buy a replacement
