• you dont have to use cloud service. check the sd card an erase what you want or erase the entire card when you look at it. slide back in an continue

• Hello Cody, Sorry but after the 30 day trial you could either pay for the monthly cloud subscription, or you can purchase your own SD card and save the video files that way. Thank you EZVIZ Team
