      Suits my needs

      This camera works as described. At first I couldn’t get it to connect to the WiFi. Tried several times. Called customer support and was connected in no time. My advice is that if you are unable to connect the first time, delete the camera and start all over. If you get an error message when you try to delete, just tell it again to delete until it works. After about 3 fries, it deleted my camera and then it connected right away. I’ve had no problems so far with the camera going offline. Pan/tilt feature is very nice. I decreased sensitivity and I’m pleased with the motion alerts. I have no complaints with this. After liking this camera, I bought 2 outdoor EZVIZ cameras. I am pleased with them too but miss the pan tilt like on this camera.

      I really like the app interface for this camera. It is easy to use and full of features. I really like being able to remotely control the camera and view historical images anywhere(with SD card). The only thing I haven't been able to get to work is being able to tap on it when I'm in the room to temporarily shut it off. I had some trouble when I tried formatting the SD card from on the other side of the house. It got stuck in the formatting and when I had to close the app before it finished, I was no longer able to use that SD card. I would recommend being in the same room when formatting the SD card. I haven't had a problem since then when using this function in the same room.

      Great if only...

      Great camera, clear Pic, like motion tracker. Unfortunately, I had to return because I was getting 60 false alerts per day. It seems as if the camera is triggered by motion or sound. So every time my ac went on, the sound triggers the camera to send me an alert. I changed the sensitivity option to less sensitive, but was still alerted constantly, it's a shame there is no option to select only motion alerts or to select detection zones. Otherwise this camera would be a keeper.

      I bought 1 camera first as I wanted something cheap yet best. I bought a 64gb micro sd seperatly for auto recording. Setup was easy and auto tracking mode makes this camera outstanding. It help me keeps an eye on my nanny who take care of lil one when am off to work. I recently purchased 3 more to cover other indoor area. Thanks EzViz

      It is not a bad litlle camera sound and night vision not that great. If you have dual band router installation is not what comes in the box. Their customer sevice has to be one of the worst. I got better information searching on it on my own.

      I love this camera it has a tracking subject capabilities but it's a little slow and gets confused when there is multiple subjects. But the picture quality is amazing and is the best camera out there for the price. Very easy to set up also.
