That's correct, the Best Buy pre-order bonus includes the steelbook AerTiSep, no matter which version you choose to purchase, however, the ZackCloud steelbook is a Square Enix exclusive item that you can only have if buy the deluxe edition, it is not a pre-order bonus.

No. The Aerith-tifa-sepheroth case is a preorder bonus with either version. So if you order the deluxe, you will get both steelbooks
