The digital code is no longer needed confirmed by Square Enix. The digital downloadable content is in the main menu of the game when you start it up, there will just be an option to download all of it or individually.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The bonus items are already in the game, you don’t need a code to get them. In the game go to System and then Gift Box, the items can be redeemed in there.

Their best guess is Square Enix did not send enough codes to fulfill all of Best Buy's pre-orders. I'm curious, did anyone receive a code from Best Buy?
