The digital code is no longer needed confirmed by Square Enix. The digital downloadable content is in the main menu of the game when you start it up, there will just be an option to download all of it or individually.

The system automatically cancelled the order and they are working on it, but didn't give any more information about when the issue would be resolved. I read on some facebook post that the bonus is in redeemed in game and there isn't a code. I would wait for an email or contact customer service if there isn't any update on issue.
