I have the large but have a small wrist. There are enough holes I can wear it tight to loose. This allows me to make it large enough I can wear my Alta and my wrist support if needed.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, there is only small and large. I would suggest unless you have extremely tiny wrists, getting a large. It's easy to fit the large to a smaller wrist but the small is not very flexible with size

Couldn't say what size wrist but broader spectrum for the sizes. the large has 11 holes with a 2 prong connection and my wrist is about 7" diameter and I usually leave 4 holes showing once prongs affixed . Hope that helps
