Use the guide on the package. There are at least 8 settings to adjust for wrist size.

Please try again later.My wrist is the same size, and personally, I prefer the large (but then again, I like things loose; the large fits well without being too snug, and still allows loosening for sleeping.) The great thing about the Alta is that if you get one size, but later decide you would prefer the other, you can always switch out the band.
