• It depends on her weight more than height. I am 5'7" & 150 lbs (on a good day lol) and I bought a small. If she has "thicker" wrists I would go with a large.

• It is not based on her height it is based on the size of her wrist. I am 5'5 and about 150lbs. I have a small wrist and purchased a size small and I still have plenty of room to tighten or loosen it. If she has average sized wrist a small should work fine.

• Most woman get the small, It does come with a larger size however if the small does not fit.
