• There is an upgrade to Fitbit where it will track your heart rate. The app will have everything on there.

• No, the Alta does shows any heart rate data because the Alta does not have a heart rate monitor on it. because of this, the app will not show any heart rate data when synced to the Alta

• This FitBit does not track HR. You might want to look into another model.
