“I have a fitbit Alta and it's not charging all the way. I noticed my charger has only 2 type prong things and it looks like on the back of my fit bit it takes 3. Also it's not holding a charge for 24 hours.”

• Try cleaning the prongs and the back of the Fitbit with a folded paper towel or toothpick
