Are all of these scales Bluetooth capable ?? null

No, from my understanding they connect via wifi to the Fitbit server and then the info is transferred back to your app via the Fitbit server.

As far as I'm aware the Aria scales are only Wi-Fi capable.

This particular scale, the Fitbit Aria, syncs to your Wi-Fi.

No, these are Wifi only. You have to connect to its wifi network first and start the setup. Then when you finish the setup it connects to your wireless network with internet access. It logs your data in the Fitbit servers which you can access with the app or through the Fitbit website.

If by Bluetooth capable you are asking if it talks to your Fitbit...then in a way yes. It will talk to your account that you link it to via your device app.

This scale is not. I believe the Withings is.
