“How do you use the connected GPS function to track distance or is that automatic?”

• You have to go into the app. Click the track exercise icon on the homepage, then click the stopwatch icon in the top right, then click track exercise. You can also go to the help section in the app.

• Toggle switch on the phone app to turn on off. Then need to take phone with you on the run I believe
