I have had both, Fit bit, and Fit bit 2,I prefer 2.It is more heavy duty.

Go to my calorie app and download different things. This will count your steps automatically so you just have to glance it. I went to a healthy balance class at Kaiser, and lost almost 40 pounds in 5 months just by listening to other members eating habits and what made them stop.
