• This unit is not difficult to program. The fitbit app for the phone or computer you are using is pretty simple. I'm not a computer wiz by any means and I had no problems.

• Very easy to sync. You go to fitbit.com on your phone. It will download the app on your phone and sync the device. You need to keep the phone and fitbit close to each other and make sure your Bluetooth is on
