• To be honest it's unisex on size. I wear a large even though my wrist is a small. Due to have space and comforting.

• I think the only difference is the length of the band. As far as I know the device itself is the the same width in both the large and the small.

• There is about a quarter of an inch wider. Either one is fine for a woman.
