• It will work with your laptop if you have Windows 10 and Bluetooth. If you don't have Bluetooth, you can purchase a dongle to upgrade your laptop to accommodate.

• Yes. I usually use my smartphone but the fitbit does come with a small USB you can leave connected to your laptop and whenever you visit the website it will sync to your watch and update your stats.
