The 5 day tracker resets on Sunday. I work out every day of the week, so by Saturday Night, it shows 7 of 5 days. On Sunday Morning, it shows 0 of 5 days.

Please try again later.Go to the Fitbit app on your phone and click the "5 of 5 Days" icon - you will go to a page which summarizes your week - click the small gear icon at the top - the next page has "goals" at the top of the page - click that icon and set the number of days you want to exercise.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.In the app, to to Account, and click the gear icon. Tap 7 Day Summary. Wait a moment, then tap "Take a Look." The second item (on mine, could be different on yours, maybe) says "5 days." Tap there, tap "No, change it," then hit the plus sign.
