It has a stopwatch and you can also set silent alarms that vibrate you wrist. I would assume you could set repetitive intervals to give you 5 minutes or 10 for where you want to be at a given time. There are multiple faces you may be able to do use.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It has a run feature that tells you how far and time it took plus monitors your pulse and elevation and floors you've climbed
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not really accurate since there's no GPS. Garmin or the new Apple Watch Series 2 would be better. The Fitbit could only give you an estimate on distance based on strides.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will track steps and has a stopwatch feature but you would have to switch it back and forth. If you can do a comparison between the two it would work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This model doesn't have a GPS, but you can track distance through the Fitbit app if your phone is with you. This does calculate distance by counting steps, and you can adjust/customize your stride length so I suppose it could be fairly accurate. But if you are a hardcore runner, I'd look at GPS models (Garmin usually has GPS, and most smartwatches do now too).
