I have stored upwards of a week on mine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine only takes less then 30 seconds to sync so I've never gone a day with syncing it to my phone. I have traveled out of county with it and just waited until I had wifi before I synced. I know it will store at least two days, that's the longest I've gone without syncing. Not sure what the total number of days is. Sorry, but I hope this helps

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The most amount of days I have gone without syncing and able to sync all of the data collected in that time period was 3 days. Don't see how you might need more than 3 days before deciding when to sync your data. Hope this helped.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've worn it for 7 days without charging before. I think it will depend on how frequently you press the buttons, or how often you receive text, phone, or calendar notifications. If you turn them off, I suspect that you'll get a longer battery life.
