• In the app, you can go into the setting and adjust Length (CM/KM & FT/MI), Weight (KG, LB, or Stone), Water (OZ/ML), and Swim (Meters/Yards). Granted, this isn't water. This should extend to the app, but I have not tested it. Hope that helps.

• yes, you can change the units of measurement in the companion app for your smartphone/tablet.
