A:AnswerYes, I think you need to go into the app on your iphone to allow more notifications and that should fix it. I am getting texts and alerts on the watch which kind of surprised me. But just explore the app more to find out your options.
A:AnswerThis happened to me, as well. The unit still functioned and reported data as designed, but the display had multiple lines across it. Rebooting the device did not help. I replaced mine.
A:AnswerI wouldn't even try. There is nothing in the user manual indicating you can do that. The screen is very limited in what it shows, but only about fitbit functions.
