Yes it does track sleep on the App on your phone. Tells you how long you are in a deep sleep which is the good sleep.

YES it monitors sleep, mine is connect to a fitness app and it sends / syncs with that app and lets me know how much sleep I got and what quality of sleep it was. It breaks it into three or four different types of sleep....

yes. rather well. by tracking heart rate it is able to report on sleep states such as light, deep + REM as well as provide an overall rating for dailies as well as weekly average. very useful!
