My husband's Fitbit Charge 3 will not move forward or backward. I put on charge but can't move it to see if it charged. Any suggestion what to do. I tried going to Lady Lake Best Buy store but you need appointment!!! null

You have to place it just so on the charger. You have to hear a click to ensure it is on properly. Then you should see the percentage of battery on screen.

fit bit has a great support system. try the online chat or phone them directly 
type " fit bit support into the search bar"
