• Large band is around 2 1/2 3 inch Pipe size reference I hope this help you

• A larger band is included in the box to use with larger wrists. A smart phone with Android 7.0 works with the Fitbit Charge3. Windows 7 will not work with it. The fitbit box does not say what phones work with it.
