I have a galaxy and it syncs easily. I normally need help with setting up tech stuff, but this is very user friendly. I did it without instructions is was so easy.

You really shouldn't need Geek Squad because you set it up using the website or app and it's super simple. The FitBit uses Bluetooth to sync your activity, which then is updated on the website, so if you want an accurate to the second reading, then keep your bluetooth on - I prefer to keep that off and just turn it back on when I want an update. You can add a widget to your phone that shows the current steps. It's pretty nifty. All of this is relatively innate and easy if you have a few minutes.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you don't want it to auto-sync you can choose to go into the app and manually sync yourself. You can also sync via the "doggle" a USB plugin for your computer.
