• Yes! Not sure if you found this yet but go to the app, select the battery percentage in the upper left corner, select the Inspire 3, select Notifications, and then choose each section you want to turn off/on.

You can do this through the Fitbit app by going to your profile, selecting your device, then Notifications, and toggling off the desired notification types. You can also use the device's Do Not Disturb mode for temporary silence.
