• A:Answer Apple or Android both has Fitbit app. You dont necessarily need the app for the watch and you dont necessarily need a watch to use the app. The app has a lot of good features and I recommend downloading it whether you buy a watch or not. I use it a lot for tracking my daily hydration.

Q: QuestionI just purchased this for my mother and she wants to know if she can change the band, and if so is it hard to do? She wants to order a chain band so sometimes it would look like a nicer watch I guess when she goes out other places. Thank you

• A:Answer Yes - I found other bands to fit Fitbit in Amazon. I'm not sure if there is a chain band available, but there are leather and pull on bands that are compatible to Fitbit.

Q: QuestionDoes it record SPO2 through the entire night? In other words, can you see your levels all through your sleep cycle, or does it just show your instantaneous oxygen level? Is the subscription required for this feature?
