A: You get the membership for the first month for free just for buying the ring. If you choose not to renew you only are able to access sleep, readiness, and activity scores. You won’t get access to the symptom radar, stress insights or other features. I’m not even sure if without the membership if you can access the details of your sleep or it’s just a score. Hope this helps!
Q: Does the black get scuffed or scratched easily?
A: I have the 3 in black have not had it a year and it is all scratched up. It looks horrible. I hope the 4 is made better

Better than a watch
My only complaint about the oura ring is that it can get scratched easily. I think it’s very stylish and practical. I never have an issue with the battery. I switched from an Apple Watch to this because I wanted something more comfortable to sleep in. The ring has significantly helped my sleep health.
