Q: QuestionWill this Fitbit provide accurate data if it is pinned to your clothing rather than worn on the wrist?
Asked by alexcalvin.
- A:Answer Hi, alexcalvin. Inspire 3 will count steps whether you wear it on the wrist or in a clip, but to get the most accurate data, it is best to change mode from on the wrist to on the body, and vice versa, depending on how you are wearing it. Check out: https://support.google.com/fitbit/answer/14237222 When the Inspire 3 is clipped, certain features are turned off, including heart-rate tracking, automatic exercise tracking, and Active Zone Minutes. Q: QuestionDoes this actually track the different levels of sleep not just O2 levels?
Asked by Lyd.
- A:Answer Hi, Lyd. If you're referring to sleep stages, Fitbit Inspire 3 tracks sleep stages using a combination of your movement and heart-rate patterns. While you’re sleeping, your device tracks the beat-to-beat changes in your heart rate, known as heart rate variability (HRV), which fluctuate as you transition between light sleep, deep sleep, and REM sleep stages.
