Can the inspire be used if you have a pacemaker? null

I'm sure it would. Speaking as a RN, there probably is a special Fitbit for pacemakers available. You could probably consult with your Cardiologist, and your Insurance would probably even cover it! Or you even check with Best Buy, they would definitely know.
