• A:Answer The fit bit has a basic calories burned calculation. The companion app has a food logger. You can set a goal and have it auto compare the two and it will keep you updated, but I no longer remember if that is a function of the premium membership that costs more.

I purchased the Fitbit hr for my parents and they are very pleased. Fitbit hr is very easy to setup and use. The battery last for 5 days before you have to recharge. I give this product a 5 star rating!
