“Does this fit bit tracks your number of calories burned and gained?”

• The fit bit has a basic calories burned calculation. The companion app has a food logger. You can set a goal and have it auto compare the two and it will keep you updated, but I no longer remember if that is a function of the premium membership that costs more.
