The Fitbit hr is what you are looking for, it keeps count of your daily steps, your heart rate, along with tracking your sleep. I purchased the Fitbit hr for my parents and they are very pleased. Fitbit hr is very easy to setup and use. The battery last for 5 days before you have to recharge. I give this product a 5 star rating!

This small and lightweight Fitbit does it all, so it’s probably not the exercise accessory for you. You can get one that doesn’t keep track of your heart rate.
