Everything is online, no manual. Plug it into your computer and follow the instructions. it took me about 5 minutes. It will also link to smart phones and other devices. Very easy to use, (and I'm not "tech savvy".

We found all we needed to operate the device on-line at the Fitbit web site. Good luck in your search.

The info is available online. There's a How-To at the webpage interface for your Fitbit product. You should see a link to "Go to Dashboard" when you synch up your Fitbit.

I don't know that you need an instruction manual. I admit that I wanted more information when I first opened my box, but once I got beyond the fear that I was going to do something wrong and break it, it has been downhill ever since. Once you create a login on the Dashboard, you are set to go. It is self-explanatory as you set up your goals, etc. This website might help to answer questions for you. https://www.fitbit.com/one
