• I would get one directly from Fitbit. The ones at the other outlets don't work. I asked the techs at Best Buy and this is what they suggested. They said the wavelength isn't correct with the other ones.

• Fitbit's preferred method is bluetooth to an iPhone or Android phone. You won't need the dongle if you have a smartphone to sync to.
