Sounds like there is something wrong with it, if it worked last week and now it's not. You can also email Fitbit your question. When I first got my Fitbit I had a few questions, and they answered all of them very promptly. Hope this helps you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I set it from my phone, make sure not to close the app.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Should just have to hold down the button until it starts the timer. Then when you wake up in the morning hold it down to stop the timer. If that isn't working then there is probably something wrong with the device.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.push and hold the button until it vibrates, then a countdown timer will start.. when you wake up in the morning, push and hold it again to stop the timer. the fitbit will know you were sleeping. if the button gets bumped in the night, it'll switch to the usual list of time, steps taken, calories burned etc, except that the icons will be flashing. click through the list until you see the stop watch like numbers counting up. hold the button and it'll stop and it will save the amount of time you were sleeping. I hope that helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can always edit (or add) your sleep record online. That is typically what I do since I always forget to set the sleep mode.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Maybe there's something wrong with yours, normally it shouldn't do that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Here's the trick! Hold the button down until the display appears to be counting down (you will feel a short vibration). This mode can be confirmed by flashing of the display's icons . After waking, hold down button til flashing stops and you again feel a short vibration. If you forget to turn off sleep mode the unit willl continue to flash but will continue to monitor all activities. Sleep well!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Jeanne, I do not know if anyone answered your question from 9 months ago. The way to activate sleep tracking is to hold the Fitbit One's button for 3-5 seconds. If done properly, a timer should start and it is during that period that the sleep should be recorded. If your device is not doing this, you should try resetting the device. If it does not work after this, you should contact Fitbit about this. Their customer service is excellent. Chris
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would call or email the fitbit customer service. I have found them to be very helpful.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did u press hold the Fitbit one button? It gives a small vibration and starts a timer. Then leave it as it is and go to sleep. When you get up do the same of press hold the button and wait for the vibration; then it shows the timer and timer gets stopped. That's it , logs ur restless time and number of minutes to takes your sleep etc... You get the nice graphical representation of when you got up and restlessness and awake minutes at middle of sleep. I am using with I phone6s
