• The freezer comes with screws and casters. With the help of one person. We turned freezer on its side and the casters were installed in 5 minutes.

• I can't say ... my screws (16 total) were in a plastic bag inside the box with the casters. Easy installation ... 15 mins tops. Freezer is holding at a constant 0 degrees.
