Q: QuestionReading an answer provided by Frigidaire, they said they do not recommend drilling a hole in the freezer. If so, how are you supposed to attach the casters? And- Is it possible for them to be installed by delivery?
Asked by Lm.
- A:Answer This freezer comes caster holes at the bottom of the unit. When you receive the unit there will be leveling legs in these holes. The appliance comes with a caster installation kit shipped in a basket of the chest freezer. If your unit is missing this kit, be sure to contact us directly. ~Keyanna

Q: QuestionWhere can I order extra baskets?
Asked by Aj.
- A:Answer Better than the baskets, get 6 gallon recycle bins. I fit 6 of them inside they make it easy to organize and get to your food. I use the two baskets that came with it to one side over the compressor.

Q: QuestionIs this a garage ready freezer? Would like to put it in our garage. Also, does it have an alarm if the freezer stoped working and how long would the food last if the power goes out?
Asked by Danielle.
- A:Answer Hey there, Danielle! You are able to installed this freezer in your garage. For the most efficient operation, the freezer should be located where surrounding temperatures will not exceed 110°F (43°C). Temperatures of 32°F (0°C) and below will not affect operation. This model doesn't have a power alarm, however, the green Power On light indicates that the freezer is properly connected to electrical power. If the light goes out, that indicates you may have lost power. If a power failure occurs, frozen foods will stay frozen for at least 24 hours if the freezer is kept closed. We certainly hope this information was helpful to you and your shopping experience. -Ciara
