Terrible customer service
Best Buy asked for a review. I wish I could review it, but unfortunately it was damaged in transit, and Best Buy has been dragging its heals exchanging it, "losing" the replacement, in what feels like an endless cycle of transfers to "someone else who can help with that." If you can shop elsewhere, do it.

Great freezer for the price
Bought this freezer to fill up with bags of ice from my ice maker so I have plenty of ice on hand for going out in my boat. It is working great so far . You can’t beat the price for what your getting.

Will definitely order again!!
Best buy was very convenient. I placed my order for the deep freezer and was able to do curb side pick up in an hour. The freezer is exactly as posted.
