• If you are on a flat hard surface you can move it around full. Moving it up a ramp I would empty it out.

• Hey, CAPACITY! The model you selected has 2 Casters with and without brakes (13/15 cu. ft.) & 4 Casters with and without brakes (20/25 cu. ft.). You can also locate this information on page 5 of your Owner's Manual. I hope this helps! -Courtney
