“I have seen on other sites that this model is very noisy. Has anybody had a problem with noise?”

Hi, lnmel. Thank you for reaching out. Did you know? Today’s compressors run much faster than in the past. Your compressor may have a high-pitched hum or pulsating sound. Some surfaces on floors, walls, and kitchen cabinets may make some sounds from the fridge more noticeable. Feel free to reconnect with any additional questions about our refrigerators. Its more than a whine or normal ice dropping noise. Mine is a rattling gargling sound that last for several hours a couple times per day.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've had it for a month right outside my bedroom and I don't think it's very noisy. Every once in a while, the ice maker makes ice noisily, which is to be expected. There's a whir now and again but then it goes down. I'm pretty surprised how quiet it is.
