Hi, lnmel. Thank you for reaching out. Did you know? Today’s compressors run much faster than in the past. Your compressor may have a high-pitched hum or pulsating sound. Some surfaces on floors, walls, and kitchen cabinets may make some sounds from the fridge more noticeable. Feel free to reconnect with any additional questions about our refrigerators. Our Customer Care Department can be reached by dialing 800-374-4432 and available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am-8pm EST. Regards-Derrick
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, I continue to have a noise issue. Multiple repair techs have looked at it and can not figure out what it is. Its more than a whine or normal ice dropping noise. Mine is a rattling gargling sound that last for several hours a couple times per day.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No problem but it is louder than more expensive options. You get what you pay for.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just purchased. Installed yesterday. Noted when ice cubes dropped into ice bin it was loud. Otherwise quiet.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've had it for a month right outside my bedroom and I don't think it's very noisy. Every once in a while, the ice maker makes ice noisily, which is to be expected. There's a whir now and again but then it goes down. I'm pretty surprised how quiet it is.
